The Process
Step 01 - COntact
Start by filling out an inquiry form above and telling me a bit about what you’re looking for — whether it’s portraits, sports, couples, family photos, or an event. Once I hear from you, I’ll follow up with details, availability, and pricing so we can get things rolling.
Step 02 - Let's plan it
We’ll go over all the fun details like location ideas, outfits, timing, and what kind of vibe you want for your photos. I want your session to feel relaxed and easy, not stressful.
Step 03 - Shoot Day
This is where the magic happens! I’ll help with posing when needed but also love capturing candid, natural moments that feel like you. Whether we’re out on the field, celebrating a milestone, or documenting your event, my goal is to make it fun and comfortable from start to finish.
Step 04 - Editing & Delivery
After your shoot, I’ll carefully edit your photos to match my natural, true-to-life style. You’ll receive your online gallery within about 1–2 weeks. From there, you can download, share, and even order prints directly from your gallery.
Step 5 - Enjoy & Share
Once your photos are ready, they’re yours to enjoy however you’d like! I love seeing my clients share their moments so don’t forget to tag me @kaystuphotography :)

How do I book a session?
Just fill out the inquiry form above with the service you are looking for! Once I get your message, I’ll follow up with details, pricing, and available dates. From there, we’ll plan everything together: location, outfits, and the overall vibe you’re going for.
What types of sessions do you offer?
A little bit of everything! I photograph sports, portraits (grads, families, couples), and events. Each session is personalized to fit your story and what you want to capture most. My main goal is to cover the feeling and vibe from the event so you can look back and re-live it again.
Where will the session take place?
I shoot at a variety of locations in the Bay Area depending on your style or anywhere that feels meaningful to you. If you’re not sure where to go, you can check out my Location Guide that lists all my favorite spots for portraits!
When will I get my photos?
Portrait galleries are usually ready within 1–2 weeks. Larger events may take a bit longer, but I’ll always keep you updated. Once your gallery is ready, you can easily download, share, and even order prints directly from it.
Where can I print my photos?
You’ll have professional print options available right in your online gallery. That’s my top recommendation for the best color and quality. If you’d rather print elsewhere, I recommend MPIX, Nations Photo Lab, or Artifact Uprising. I don’t suggest drugstore or big box printers since they often distort colors.
Do you offer retouching or touch-ups?
Yes! I include basic touch-ups on every portrait sessions, like removing small blemishes or flyaway hairs, while keeping your photos looking natural. If you’d like more detailed edits or have something specific in mind, just send me an email and we can chat about it.
